Why can’t I order immediately after registering?

New accounts are added to delivery rounds by a team member not automatically. It can take a little time for your account to be set up for ordering, and you’ll be emailed once it’s all set.

What time do deliveries arrive?

Taylor’s delivers dairy products to your doorstep by the latest of 7:30 am.

How do I order and manage my deliveries?

Ordering is done through the YourMoo customer portal, where you can manage your account, orders, holidays, and statements.

When is the cut-off time for changes to my order?

Your portal shows a live cut-off time for your round. Review the cut-off shown when you log in to ensure any changes are applied in time.

How does billing work?

Billing is handled through your account and you can view statements in the portal. Taylor’s typically invoices on a two-weekly or monthly basis to keep payments straightforward.
