How do I get started as a new customer?

Register for an online account, submit your details, and a member of the team will add you to a delivery round. You will be notified by email once this is done, then you can log in and start ordering.

Why can’t I order immediately after registering?

New accounts are added to delivery rounds by a team member rather than automatically. It can take a short while for your account to be set up for ordering, and you’ll be emailed once it’s ready.

What time do deliveries arrive?

Taylor’s delivers dairy products to your doorstep by 7:30 am at the latest.

How do I order and manage my deliveries?

Ordering is done through the YourMoo customer portal, where you can manage your account, orders, holidays, and statements.

When is the cut-off time for changes to my order?

Your portal shows a real-time cut-off time for your round. Review the cut-off shown when you log in to ensure any changes are applied before your next delivery.

How does billing work?

Billing is handled through your account and you can view statements in the portal. Taylor’s typically invoices on a two-weekly or monthly basis to keep things simple.
